A More Human Way to
Experience Egg Freezing
Most women are told egg freezing is empowering. And it can be.
But the actual process can also feel confusing, expensive, emotional, and surprisingly lonely.
The Fertility Co-Living was created for women who want more than a clinic appointment. We bring together fertility care, preparation support, in-home injection help, wellness practices, and a small group of women going through the process at the same time.
Superior medical care, without U.S. clinic pricing
We partner with top-tier fertility clinics abroad where care meets the highest ESHRE standards and exceeds the personalization and quality of many U.S. clinics.
You are not doing it alone
Live alongside a small group of women who are also freezing their eggs, so the experience feels less isolating and more supported.
Support before, during, and after your retrieval
From testing and planning, to prepping, injections, retrieval, and recovery, we help you understand what is happening and what comes next.
The Face Behind The Retreat
I conceptualized The Fertility Co-Living after my own frustrating egg freezing journey. I became inspired and driven to create a more supportive and empowering path for women.
My background as an event planner for various high-profile global events sets the standard for the retreat’s experience.
My past events have been featured in Harper’s Bazaar and Esquire in the issues below.

The environment where our embryologists work to accomplish extraordinary things fulfills three key criteria: state-of-the-art technology, stringent safety protocols, and meticulous quality control.

Laminar flow hoods ensure optimal sample handling, the RI Integra 3 system enables precise micromanipulation, and the Saturn laser system facilitates embryonic biopsies. To safeguard your eggs, we are the only clinic in Mexico using PharmaWatch technology, a 24/7 monitoring system that ensures stable temperature and gas conditions. Our RI Witness system, using RFID technology, assigns a unique ID to your cells, ensuring precise tracking and the highest level of security throughout every step of the process.A Controlled Environment
Beyond advanced technology, we meticulously regulate laboratory conditions to protect your genetic material. Humidity, ambient temperature, and air quality are carefully controlled with advanced filtration systems to ensure no particles interfere with the preservation of eggs.Your future is secure in our laboratory, where science, technology, and care come together to create the ideal environment for success.

FAQs
-
The Fertility Co-Living is a 3-week egg freezing retreat in Mexico City. You complete your medical cycle with our partner fertility clinic while staying in a supportive co-living environment with other women going through the process at the same time.
-
The retreat includes 3 weeks of accommodation, daily nurse-administered injections at the house, a retreat facilitator, community programming, wellness support, the 3-month prep container, and coordination support before and during the retreat. The medical procedure, medications, and storage are paid separately to the clinic.
-
We chose Mexico City because of:
It’s established reputation in medical tourism
It’s proximity to Canada and the US, some of the countries with the highest fertility costs in the world. While also remaining in the same timezone as Canada and the US it allows women to continue to work remotely if needed.
Mexico’s laws and policies towards single women, single mothers by choice, LGTBQ couples, open donors and sex selection.
Affordability, not just in fertility treatments, but everything that could help make your stay more comfortable during a medical procedure. That includes excellent accommodation, food delivery, taxis, wellness support, and flights to and from major cities.
For its retreat vibes and sunshine because we really do believe that your outer environment has an impact on your inner environment.

Our partner clinic is Fertilidad Integral in Polanco, Mexico City. They handle the medical side of the process, including ultrasounds, bloodwork, medication protocols, retrieval, lab work, and storage. The Fertility Co- Living supports the experience around the medical process.
-
I vetted multiple clinics in Mexico and chose Fertilidad Integral because of their lab standards, experienced medical and embryology team, English-speaking doctors, location in Polanco, and overall approach to patient care.
-
The testing you’ll need to complete locally includes hormone bloodwork (such as AMH and FSH), a transvaginal ultrasound to assess your AFC, and infectious disease screening. If you’ve already completed these tests within the past six months, you typically won’t need to repeat them before your egg retrieval.
-
Yes, many women work remotely during the retreat. The schedule is designed to be co-working friendly, though we recommend keeping your workload lighter during the second half of the cycle and around retrieval.
-
Yes, embryo freezing is possible. It usually requires additional costs and, if you are using a partner’s sperm, your partner may need to come to Mexico City for a few days to provide a sample. Donor sperm may also be an option depending on your situation.
-
Most women keep their eggs or embryos stored at the clinic in Mexico because storage is significantly more affordable, and it can also lead to major cost savings when you’re ready to use them. IVF in the U.S. can cost around $30,000, while similar treatment in Mexico City is often closer to $10,000. If you want to move them later, transport is possible, but it requires specialized shipping and paperwork. Our clinic works with partner transport companies that they trust.
-
Each cohort is intentionally small (under 10) so the experience still feels personal. Most women are in their 30s or early 40s and are thoughtful, independent, and intentional about their future. Some are single, some are partnered, some are considering single motherhood, and many are balancing big careers, relationships, travel, or life transitions while making this decision.
-
A $750 USD deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is divided into payments due 3 months prior, 2 months prior, 1 month prior, and on day 3 of the retreat.
-
Yes, proof of insurance is required prior to joining us at the co-living. It’s important to ensure you’re covered for medical treatment abroad. We have vetted some options that you can use or you’re welcome to choose your own.
-
Not at all! Choose how much or how little to engage. We note activities that are “highly recommended” but it’s up to you how you feel that day. Everything is optional.
-
We know that fertility research can be overwhelming. We'll start with a free discovery call to determine your fertility goals, provide details about The Fertility Co-Living, and address any questions you might have.
-
If you’re unable to attend our current retreats, but are still interested, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out, and we can keep you informed about our plans for upcoming retreats that may work but not be released yet.
