A Letter From The Founder
Hi, I’m Aliza!
In 2023, I embarked on my own egg-freezing journey—a process that cost me over $15,000 and was, quite honestly, isolating. Despite having love and support around me, I often felt alone in navigating the challenges. Every injection was difficult, and there were moments—like nearly fainting from one shot or experiencing excessive bleeding after the retrieval surgery—that made me realize how unprepared I was for this process.
The emotional toll was equally heavy. I didn’t fully understand the numbers or what to expect, and when only 25% of my follicles yielded mature eggs (a total of just 3), I was disappointed. I wrestled with whether or not to go forward with another round.
Out of that experience, The Fertility Co-Living was born. I wanted to solve the problems I faced—high costs, lack of clear information, isolation, and emotional uncertainty—while creating a space where women could feel supported, informed, and empowered during this deeply personal process.
I also knew that alternative therapies had played a critical role in my health journey in the past, and science supports their integration into fertility care. I envisioned a nurturing, holistic environment where women wouldn’t have to go through this alone. Fertility can be daunting, but I believe it should also be a journey of hope, empowerment, and community.
As an experienced event planner with a deep love for travel, I’ve poured my heart into curating these retreats to provide a truly memorable and transformative experience. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a supportive environment where you can focus on your journey while connecting with others who understand.
